Information
Since we've never seen an Ohio-based SeraMyu group, we've started our own. We hope that those casted will become good friends that are able to have fun together.
You don't need to be able to sing. You don't even need to be good at dancing. If you're willing to work hard and learn your dances, and give us a good effort, then you will have no problems. For now, we are not planning any vocal performances.
Trying out is a two-part process. First is the application. You will fill out an application and submit it to us. We will review your application; approved applicants will be auditioned. Auditions will take place in person. We will have a small interview with you to get a glimpse at your personality, and then have a small dance session. Afterward, we will review each audition, and then cast those who have made the cut. Before beginning practices with us, you will be required to fill out some forms.
We debuted at Ohayocon 2008 in Columbus, OH with a cast of Moon, Mercury, and Saturn performing "La Moon." We followed up with a return performance at Ohayocon 2009 with Moon, Mercury, Mars, Saturn, and Uranus performing "LINK". Please check the Performances page for more detailed descriptions.
We performed a sneak peak
performance at Animarathon in Bowling Green, OH on April 14th, 2007. With a cast of Usagi, Ami, Hotaru, and Seiya, we performed "Tsukiiro no Syndicate." Everyone worked hard to learn their moves in the limited amount of time we had, and pushed through all of the challenges that we faced at the performance.
